Biography:
I received my Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at the University of Toronto. During this time I gained research experience in Clinical and Social/Personality psychology. I am currently a PhD student in the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of British Columbia, working with Dr. Joelle LeMoult in the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Lab (DAS Lab). My research seeks to investigate how individual differences influence cognitive and emotional responses to stress (i.e., cognitive beliefs and emotion regulation) and its relationship with anxiety and depression. I am currently examining this in participants with comorbid Social Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder.
