Michael Smith Health Research BC announced the results of the the Health Professional-Investigator awards, which are “dedicated to support health professionals who are actively involved in patient care to conduct and apply research relevant to health and/or the health system to ultimately improve health outcomes in BC and beyond.”

We are thrilled to congratulate WHRI member Dr. Nichole Fairbrother and WHRI/BCCHR member Dr. Jessica Liauw, two of this year’s recipients.
