We are excited to announce that the Women’s Health Research Institute is collaborating with the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute (BCCHR) to host various activities for Digital Health Week between November 29 and December 3. Join us as we discuss the future of digital health research and implementation and celebrate innovation in women’s, newborn, and children’s health in BC.

We will have 3 virtual events during the week (November 29-December 3):
- A kick-off event (Nov 30) featuring an engaging keynote address by Shannon Malovec (Chief Digital Innovation Officer of PHSA) who will share about province priorities for digital health, a presentation of the C&W digital health research and implementation roadmap, and a panel discussion with WHRI/BCCHR/industry leaders leveraging digital tools to improve the health of women, children, and families.
- A digital health research workshop (Dec 2) on evaluating health information systems and technologies.
- A virtual poster competition during the week for trainees, researchers, and industry partners working on digital health projects.
