Exploring Ethical AI Use: Highlights from the March Lunch & Learn

AI Guidance for Ethical and Value-Aligned Practices

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent lunch and learn session, Using AI at C&W: Guidance for Ethical and Value‑Aligned Practice. Participants engaged in thoughtful discussion about working with AI in a value‑aligned way at C&W and explored resources available to staff and researchers for the responsible use of AI tools.

In her new role as Digital Health Research Manager, Haley Foladare is leading conversations around responsible AI use and digital tools across the organization. She shared her perspectives and experience navigating the evolving AI landscape at CW, while community members raised important questions and concerns related to AI adoption, bias, and the mitigation of potential harms.
