Biography:

 

I am a computational biologist interested in developing novel methods to understand better the disease mechanisms underlying high-grade serous ovarian cancer. My research interests broadly include machine learning, artificial intelligence, and causal inference, but what excites me most is a well-engineered, domain-specific method that makes a meaningful impact in research and potentially in practice. Currently, my lab is focusing on spatial transcriptomics and large-scale single-cell data to develop generalizable models for cancer.
