Biography:
Dr. Crowell has a PhD in ethics and philosophy from the University of Waterloo. He has taught extensive in the field of healthcare ethics on the east coast and at UBC. He is the ethics consultant to the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is currently an ethicist with PHSA and the Spiritual Health Leader for PHSA.
