
Biography:
Melanie Murray (MD, PhD) is a Clinical Associate Professor in Infectious Disease at UBC and staff physician and Clinician Scientist at the Oak Tree Clinic at BC Women’s and St. Paul’s Hospitals. I Michael Smith Scholar, her research focuses on care engagement strategies and comorbidities among people living with HIV. She has extensive experience with the WelTel automated platform for text-messaging patients. In regard to comorbid illness, Dr. Murray studies reproductive, endocrine and metabolic health of women living with HIV.
