Biography:

I received my PhD in Immunology in 2024. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the BC Cancer Research Centre in the lab of Dr. Takei. My research focuses on the cytotoxic function of group 1 innate lymphoid cells (ILC1s), as well as the roles of ILC1s and ILC2s. Specifically, I investigate how these cells respond to high-fat diet and alcohol exposure in male and female mouse models, with the goal of better understanding sex-based differences in immune responses.
