Biography:

First year medical student at UBC. I joined the WHRI because I have always had an interest in women’s health and desire to pursue it as a career. Being involved in women’s health research has helped me to grow in my knowledge of the field and has increased my passion for working with this population. I am currently involved in a couple of research projects on ovarian cancer; through these roles, I have really enjoyed getting to explore the clinical side of the field and I have appreciated the opportunity to work closely with, and learn from, experts.
