Walther, Hannah
Biography:
I am a psychology student at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel in Germany and am currently in Vancouver for a three-month research internship in Dr. Lori Brotto’s lab at the University of British Columbia. During my internship, I am gaining experience in women’s health and sexual health research.
My academic interests include clinical psychology, sexual health, psychophysiology, and the role of sex and gender in health research. I am especially interested in how psychological, biological, and social factors interact in shaping sexual wellbeing, patient experiences, and access to care.
In the future, I would like to become a therapist and continue working at the intersection of clinical psychology, sexual health, and women’s health.
