Dr. Mozaffari applies a social equity lens across her research projects to address health disparities, aiming to reduce inequities and improve health outcomes for underserved populations, including women and individuals with low socioeconomic status.
She has been the recipient of two prestigious national scholarships, including the Vanier Scholarship from the Government of Canada (2021-2024) and the Iran National Elites Foundation Scholarship (2016-2019).
