For institute-level signatures on UBC Research Project Information Forms (RPIFs), a minimum of two business days’ notice is required all Tri-Council Grants and three business days’ notice is required for all other types of grants. The RPIF should be accompanied by the following items:

For letters of support or collaboration, please engage a core team member (e.g. Kathryn Dewar, Nicole Prestley) a minimum of two-weeks prior to the internal deadline. The request should include draft content/proposal, indicate whether WHRI research services are being requested, and if so, whether the services will be funded via cost recovery or in-kind.
