Lee, Geena
Biography:
Geena Lee is a first-year MSc student in the Cell and Developmental Biology program at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a member of the Maxwell Lab at BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. Her research focuses on hormonally regulated epithelial dynamics in the fallopian tube and how BRCA1 deficiency contributes to tissue-specific cancer susceptibility. She is particularly interested in women’s health, ovarian cancer biology, and mechanisms of genomic instability.
