Biography:

 

Sophie is a senior Public Health Registrar and a Clinical Lecturer in Public Health based in the Faculty of Health and Medicine at Lancaster University in England. Her research focuses on inequities in women’s reproductive health and rights through a lens of reproductive justice. Sophie’s split role across public health research and practice ensures that her work addresses priority areas and affords her access to platforms to influence policy and practice. Sophie completed her PhD in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University and retains strong links through her appointment as Adjunct Professor in Health Sciences. She is a co-investigator of the CHIWOS and BCC3 studies.
