Biography:
Dr. Brown’s conducts partnership-based and participatory research focused on health, justice and social inequities; she works with Indigenous communities in BC and the Yukon, Correctional Services of Canada and community non-profit agencies.

Research areas of interest:

nursing education, neonatal and pediatric end of life care, trauma and social inequity for vulnerable rural women, Indigenous knowledge, community health action, indigenous health, health and social equity
