Biography:
Kerry (she/her) is a Registered Nurse with certified practice in reproductive health (contraceptive management and sexually transmitted infections) and PhD candidate in the School of Nursing at UBC. She completed her Masters of Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019, exploring fertility intentions and family planning experiences within the 2SLGBTQ community. Her dissertation is titled “Contraceptive care in British Columbia: A critical discourse analysis. Her research interests include gender equity, reproductive justice, sexuality, pleasure, and arts-based methodologies.
