Biography:
Shabnam Ziabakhsh, PhD, received her doctorate degree in Experimental Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Shabnam is an experienced program evaluator with more than 15 years of experience in conducting program evaluation (both summative and formative) and applied research, using quantitative, qualitative and participatory approaches with multiple stakeholders. Shabnam is currently the Evaluation Specialist at BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre. Shabnam received her Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society.
