Biography:
A birth defects epidemiologist and teratologist, interested in identifying exposures in pregnancy that may pose a risk to the developing fetus and contribute to causing birth defects and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. I am specifically interested in studying the effect of maternal chronic diseases and associated medications taken during pregnancy and while breastfeeding on baby’s health.
