Biography:
Fainess Mwakisimba earned her B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia. Her research focuses on the barriers university students in Eastern Africa face when accessing sexual and reproductive health information. Fainess is particularly interested in understanding the social, cultural, and systemic factors that influence health education and decision-making, aiming to develop strategies to improve access to vital resources and promote overall well-being.
