Congratulations to the recipients of the 2025 Children’s and Women’s Digital Health Research Accelerator Grants! The Accelerator grant program was created to support innovative digital health research that will improve the healthcare experience and outcome of women, children and families in BC. Digital Health Research refers to the creation of new knowledge related to the use of information technology and secure communications tools, services, and processes to support an integrated health care system for the benefit and well-being of all patients and health care providers.

Congratulations to WHRI members Dr. Jessica Liauw and Dr. Paul Yong whose women’s and newborn health-focused grants were successful. We would also like to congratulate Dr. Patricia Janssen, WHRI Member on her successful child and family health focused grant, which was also successful. These grants would not be possible without the generous support of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the BC Women’s Health Foundation.
