We were thrilled to see a number of WHRI members and their trainees amongst the recipients of several of CIHR’s recent funding announcements. Congratulations to members of the WHRI community who received CIHR Doctoral Research Funding Awards, Fellowship Grants, Training Grants and Operating Grants to Address the Wider Impacts of COVID-19 (see details below). Do you have research findings that you would like to promote to our wider community? If so, we would love to feature them in an upcoming BC Women’s Research Rounds session.

We're taking a brief hiatus from the podcast this month, which means it's the perfect time to revisit some of our past episodes!
Learn about the SOAR Project just in time for Brain Injury Awareness Month; listen to a conversation on genomic epidemiology with leader in the field, Dr. Jennifer Gardy; check out our collaboration with the GOSH podcast; or hear from myth-buster extraordinaire, Dr. Timothy Caulfield, in these episodes from the past year.
PS - stay tuned for next month's episode on equity in digital health!
